Written report overview For this report I will be answering two questions from the �Social Enterprise under the Microscope� case study. The case study focuses on two organisations in the social sector. These are ReBoot and Green-works. Although they are both categorised under the title of being social enterprises they both have very similar and different features that need to be examined. For my first question I will be investigating the missions of the two organisations. I will be comparing both organisations in terms of the way they are set up and how they are operated. I will also look to see how their missions differ (if at all) from private sector organisations offering similar services. Secondly I will look to identify and describe the stakeholders for both Green-works and ReBoot. I will look to produce a stakeholder map for each organisation and analyse the differences and similarities between the two.
