We see them everyday, pass them where ever we may go, "who?" you might ask...the homeless. Pest ridden, blips of society, crowding our streets, buisnesses, subways, parking lots, and public parks. Ever since an ecomomy began, there were homeless people, and sine 1934 the Federal Housing Administration has provided over 30 million families with homes, jobs, and food. And as you can plainly see, there are still more homeless than can be issued housing and work. Begging for money at street corners, lingering outside of buisnesses, sleeping in our local parks, these homeless become a threat to not only society, but also to the economy. If you were a customer would you really want to go into a store knowing that you would have to pass these poor pathetic excuse for humans just to reach your destinations. Would you really want to look into their eyes knowing that while they tell you they want money for food that they are simply asking you to donate to their crack addiction??? No, you wouldnt. And not only are you willingly giving them money on the street corner, you are also obligated to ......
