ABSTRACT Effective managers know that different situations and different personality styles require different management styles. Successful managers change their management style to suit the circumstances that they come upon, and if possible the situations that they anticipate may arise. The target of this project is to discuss the management styles of Smith and Schulte Furniture, which is a local company that my husband works for and that I have had the opportunity over the years to see for myself how they operate.
