Should Mike Believe, or not to believe? � �I don�t believe in God,� said Shaker High School senior Mike Wilcox. �There�s just not enough proof. He hasn�t shown me anything, and I think it�s ridiculous to be motivated by someone you don�t even know exists.� This statement is so far from logic it loses any validity immediately. First of all I am going to show why God does exist and tell why it makes more sense to believe if you are as skeptical as Mike. The design theory is the first argument that supports the existence of God. The earth and all of its organisms, living and non-living, are so intricately weaved together into such a beautiful scheme that only omnipotence could have created such a masterpiece. The world is made just so that we can manage to live in it and if it was ever so slightly different then we would be unable to live in it. The design theory makes perfect sense and is much easier for me to believe than any scientific theory of how the earth was made. The arguments to disprove the design theory are weak and shallow.
