What is a New Moon Ceremony? Well that was what I was going to find out. I have always been interested in the Wiccan religion, but I have never attended nor talked to a Wiccan about their religion before. After talking with Kathy on the phone she decided to have me attend a New Moon Ceremony with her. This would be a good way to see a typical Wiccan Ceremony that was not to elaborate. The first thing I noticed when I arrived at Kathy�s house is that it was a typical every day home. No one would ever have pick this out to be a house where a Wiccan lived. Inside there were many different types of religious articles around. There were pictures of Jesus, Hindu gods, Native American artifacts, and Neo-pagan statues. There was a eclectic array of religious articles throughout her house. Kathy was dressed in everyday clothes, blue jeans and a tee shirt.
