Voter targeting by definition is how to identify individuals in groups whose support you need and seek for your campaign. You must be able to identify likely supporters and use your resources to communicate with them properly. Voter targeting is a valuable resource to a campaign because it allows you to see who your voters are and how to get them to the polls on Election Day.
