In today�s world, sports, business, and commerce go hand in hand. However, business and commerce did not have such a stark influence on sports even 50 years ago as it does today. Within this topic, there are a myriad of issues to consider regarding the many multidimensional aspects of business and the methods used by athletes and pro team owners to better themselves. There is a direct correlation between the recreational to commercial transition sports has made, and the increasing presence of business in sport.
