Studying the aged house like a page in my history book, tears escape from my solemn eyes. Colors appear and a familiar life is again present. From the window looking in on the house two pudgy hands appear with heads persistently moving upward. Soon their bright blue eyes are present against the beautiful hue of blue in which the house has just been repainted. I enter the house with a never ending curiosity obtained from my early childhood. The house that I lived in as a child was once filled with love, laughter and never ending fun but as an adult I see the house is now sad, lifeless, and empty. Excellent intro- descriptive details As I recall this house that I had once lived in, I think of the memories I had of my grandfather, as he was apart of this house to me (Introductory phrase) . He is what made it such a loving place and is also what I remember most of from this house. As I gaze on the great big porch, I see this man of great generosity sitting in the brown cushioned rocker sits. A ragged hat is resting on his head, with glasses assisting his caring green eyes in beholding......
