Is the media psychologically shaping our behavior? I believe that this is a worthy topic because it is widely controversial and there is a great deal of knowledge to be gained. I think it is a good subject to discuss because the media has become more and more apart of our everyday life. Whether it is on TV, the movies, or a video game, there is a lot of peer pressure and a lot of influencing that is going on. I want to know more about what ways it influences us and how we react to it. I feel that the topic I chose is important to me and others because, we blame a lot of the things that people do on the media, such as the school shootings and the pressure of sex on young adults. I truly believe that the media is to blame for such pressure but not all of it is the media�s fault, people do have choices. Things such as the pressure of sex, drug use and the violent acts on television really do influence and have an impact on people�s lives.
