Persuasive Essay Romeo and Juliet There are many reasons to why the catastrophe Romeo and Juliet, written by William Shakespeare, came to such a dismal end. However, the ones who are the most liable in this tragedy are Romeo and Juliet themselves. The pair had been so impulsive and acted on these impulses in a secret manner, it seems as though the ones who are responsible are the �victims� in this story. Therefore it is viable to say Romeo and Juliet are responsible for their own deaths. Firstly, this story came to an unpleasant conclusion because of the impulsive tendencies of both Juliet and Romeo. Without giving it much thought, the duo had married each other despite the feud between their two families. Herewith, if the two had not acted so hastily, they may have had time to be able to convince their parents to let them marry. It was also with these acts of impulse that they committed suicide over the assumption of the loss of one another. It was a rash decision that had been made, lacking a great deal consideration.
