My present career stems from a long-standing interest in the field I am in today. I started with an interest in computers at the age of nine. I remember when we got our very first computer it was an IBM 386. I became infatuated with learning more about computers and how they work, how to make them better and faster, and how to repair them when they broke. At that age I did not know that I would be making a career out of it. Here I am today though looking to further my education for my career and to make a better person out of myself. I worked many different jobs that had little or nothing to do with computers though.
During one of the downtimes I had in my life a few years ago, I decided that I needed to do something with myself so that I could get into a position I would enjoy. Gone were the days that I could just deal with a no name, go-nowhere job. This is when the decision to attend college courses began. I got ......
