Stories, myths, urban legends and tales all come from somewhere. The truth about these ‘stories’ only exists in the belief and mind of person who hears them. There are no concrete facts in these stories yet some people would give up their lives to protect them. These stories or beliefs make a person who they are, and by a person’s capability to understand and distinguish between each, demonstrates a great understanding in humans and their definition of the purpose of life. But where do stories come from? Every culture, every background, and every individual had different stories than the next but are all rooted in the same ‘original’ stories. Each story is passed down from generation to generation with no real record on where it originated. Every story or myth has a different purpose to it, a reason to why these stories were created. Some were invented to teach a moral or a lesson. Others were real accounts exaggerated to fit the purpose intended by the person retelling them. Many were merely ‘thought-up’ as a way for people to express themselves and their imagination, but soon aft......
