We will address the differences between a team and a group, take a brief look at team dynamics, discuss the strategies for making a team efficient and touch upon dealing with conflict within a work team. Definition of a Team The Webster dictionary defines the term �Team� as a group of people organized to work together. A team consists of a group of people within the same group or company working towards a common goal. Team � Group Differences There may be different types of teams within an organization.
