The evidence for the leader who had most fulfilled the qualities of great leader ship out of Alexander, Hannibal, and Julius Caesar would have to be Alexander. Qualities of leader ship would be bravery, ruthlessness, courage, dignity, honesty, and understanding. Alexander is more convincing to be the greatest leader as when he was just as young as twenty when he became a king after his father, Phillip, the former king of Macedonia, who was assassinated in 336 B.C. He had been carefully brought up by Philip to become a military leader-at eighteen, he was given the command of the cavalry in battle which showed qualities of a great leader even at a young age. Also Phillip made sure that Alexander received an excellent education. Alexander set about his task as soon as he became king and with in the first two years of his rule, he expanded his territory to the north and west and reaffirmed Macedonia�s hold on Greece. His next goal was to attack the Persian territory in 334 B.C., It was only six years later he defeated the Persian forces and then took over the throne all for hims......
