Fast food is a multi-billion dollar industry which continues to grow rapidly in many countries. Eating away from home is becoming more and more common. Usually people are eating out at fast food restaurants. Why is fast food so popular if it is so bad for one�s health? Some of the causes for the popularity of fast food are advertisements, convenience, and inexpensiveness. With television, radios, computers, billboards, and magazine ads, the fast food industry has found a way into our stomachs. They have strategically placed ads targeting the right audience. Fast food chains spend a large amount of marketing to get the attention of children. People form their eating habits as children so they try target kids.
