The average American adult encounters nearly 3,000 advertisements every day. Imagine how many ways advertisers are reaching the youth of America sees every day. These advertisements have the most impact on children, not because of the magnitude that are directed at them, but more importantly because their minds are being carefully molded. If an advertisement is so effective by being aimed at children, they will want that product even though they do not need it. Advertising to children is bad because they take the media as truth, and are not able to sort out the fact and fiction from the people that are trying to get their parent�s and their own money.
