When constructing a city under the ocean one must first consider many factors. Location, materials, method of construction, and life support are the first tasks to consider. Fortunately there are already many constructions under the sea that have already been created or are under development to base the colony on. You take the best of all the recent modern technology and one will succeed in developing this colony. Location is the first thing to consider. The water temperature seems to be important that it is comfortable since some parts of the ocean are too cold to touch, a warm water temperature seems ideal. The locations I first considered were the Bahamas, Australia, and the Florida Keyes. The scuba diving is probably ideal for a family looking to live underwater so shark population was another thing to consider. Florida is number one in the last decade for shark attacks and Australian ranked number four.
