The purpose of e-marketing in this company is to identify, anticipate and satisfy their customer requirements profitable. A critical success factor for Wal-Mart is to understand the characteristics of their customers that they target. The development and use of the internet on a global scale has created opportunities for Wal-Mart, their customers, their suppliers and their seller of goods and services to communicate with each other in the online market place.
