From the Chapelle Show to rap singers and of course white supremacist groups, the word �nigger or nigga (the slang version)� is used so widely around the world. Many times they don�t understand the affect or have any regards for anyone that it may offend. In instances such as the Chapelle Show make fun of people saying this word. I myself used to say the word and just thought it was another part of my life. Having been born in Arkansas as well as my father and mother in Georgia, I hear the word often. This led me to my belief that interracial dating was wrong and was not the way everything was supposed to be. I would continue to see it on television and in everyday life. Every time this would baffle me into thinking �why� or looking at the others in disgust. My family was not very open about interracial dating and they viewed it as wrong. I can remember many time hearing one of my parents say, �She is such a pretty girl, why does she do that?� I never really understood anything different from this and was persuaded my parents� ways. As I began to get older, I starting getting more......
