�HERO� When I think of the word hero, I visualize people who have devoted time, skills, attention, and resources toward making the world a brighter place for others. Someone who will do all they can in their power to help another person. Many people over look even the most basic and obvious hero�s we have in this world today. Many might be just ordinary civilians, whereas others might be intended to have a such title. Firemen face their duties everyday in spite of the risk they take each and every minute. I can remember as a child how inspiring firemen were to me. Always strong, tender, and protecting(not to mention handsome). In present days, Firemen don�t get the needed admiration that they deserve. Firemen risk their lives for other Americans each and every day. It is quite amazing once you stop to think about it. For example, when terrorists hit the world trade centers on September 11th, 2001 who were the first ones to risk it all for the sake of their fellow citizens?
