The Toy and The Desperate Boy Boredom overran most of my life when I was a kid; with nothing to do at home, I would always try to find something to do. My mother would never let me do anything, I felt like a monkey in a cage trapped from the free world. On days that my mother worked late, I strolled over to the local toy store to look at all the toys that I liked. I felt like a kid in a candy store; toys got me excited. With no money to purchase anything, I knew the only way I could get money was to steal it from my mother. I would never think of stealing from my parents unless I was desperate. Then one day a desperate moment came when one toy caught my interest. One day, I came home from school and had found nothing to do. The feeling of being in jail was creeping up to me so I had to get out of the house. My mom was working late so I decided to go to the local toy store to satisfy my bored ness. The sun was in mid set and the air was breezy, just how a fall day should be at 6 pm. Dressing warmly, I put on a nice cozy jacket, wrinkled jean pants with some crusty old ......
