Introduction
Teaching a Second Language is not an easy task. English teachers, here in Chile, have to deal with many problems when trying to teach this Second Language. This Action Research is going to be about some of those problems and it will show how reflective we are in order to find a ‘solution’ for them.
As the starting point of our Action Research we must state that students do not cooperate in the developing of the class and they do not seem interested in it. So, when teachers have reluctant students, any kind of activity is going to be boring and they will not pay any attention. Another fact to take into account is that students are teenagers, and for adults (even though they were teenagers once) that is very difficult to deal with. Students do not say what they want, they complain about everything and, of course, they are not aware that English would be very important in their future.
