The Ultimate Demise My room is dark, except for a bright light shining from my laptop. Suddenly my eyes open and gaze down at the digital time reading from the bottom of the screen. Two AM, and I have once again left an essay half unfinished and fallen asleep. Procrastination and a heavy workload have once again gotten the better of me. Average behavior for any college student-sadly I am only a junior in high school. A new infection has struck the hearts and minds of college bound high school students across the nation. Now the inflated grade point and prestige of the class is a must for college acceptance. Out of a simple class, an entire culture has developed.
