Morality in Business Sal Valle December 13, 2005 Lilly’s Consultation with Hostile Corporations When discussing the case we are dealing with Green Acres School System with and Meyerhoff Builders both whom have contracted into a consulting agreement to create and build two new high schools in Northern Virginia. Stewart & Sons was the architectural team who would be supervising the whole project. Like any project that two sides are dealt with, argument began to arise. Green Acres School System and Stewart & Sons were quarreling on major matters within the project. A man by the name of Merv Rodgers was brought into the dispute to help relieve and settle the argument at hand. Merv was an attorney and had previously worked for the American Arbitration Association and two smaller firms before becoming president of Lilly Advisers. Merv Rodgers was skilled in conflict resolution, breach of contract and contract amendments.
