The Beauty Of Eccentricity Jared Hess� Napoleon Dynamite is a movie that is eccentrically stupid, and it is this stupidity that passes as humor (Ebert). The movie exalts the main character, Napoleon Dynamite, with whimsical twists and turns. Napoleon�s natural attitude to life is somewhat eccentric and humorous. This eccentricity makes Napoleon stick out like a sore thumb, and it is no wonder Napoleon gets bullied. But the way Napoleon gets bullied is so stupid that one can�t help but laugh. Napoleon is the epitome of weird/geek/nerd. Each high school class rarely has at least one person that possesses these three combinations, and that�s why the movie makes the viewer curious to know what happens next. Napoleon is very tall (compared to most of his peers), with a wide red Afro. His mouth is always half-open even when he is not talking, and his eyes looks so sleepy you can�t tell if they�re closed or open in some of the movie scenes. The movie is deliberately filled with a likable cast. The first person we meet of Napoleon�s family is his brother Kip, played by Aaron Ruell. K......
