One is a middle aged white male, and the other is an illegal immigrant from Mexico. You are running low on cash to pay for all of your expenses. Now you have a choice. You could either hire a white male, and pay him minimum wage, or pick up the immigrant worker, and pay him below minimum wage. He knows that you can bust him from coming here with a fake passport, but then again you can pay him less than minimum wage under the table, it�s a win-win situation, economically speaking.
