Canada. Our country, our homeland and our favorite place. We watch those endless hockey games and cheer for our country; we stand up every morning to our national anthem, and salute to our flag. Canada is our home, and living in this beautiful country we must have justice, and equality. In my personal opinion Canada is a just society, and there is justice for every individual in our country. The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms gives all citizens of Canada, laws, expectations, and our rights, and what makes us free as individuals. The reason we have the charter is to set limits and still be able to give out our rights and freedoms. If we didn�t have the charter there would be no justice in Canada, and that is my first reason why Canada is a just society. For example the case we discussed in class about the two young men who were making a drug deal, and when the cop approached the one man shot the cop in Windsor Ontario. If we didn�t have justice in our society, that young man wouldn�t have served a penalty and that officer�s death would have meant nothing to his family. It......
