According to the movie that was presented it also stated that it was motivated being bias against the victims based on race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, ethnicity, and religion. However hate crime is also believed to be described as �violence of intolerance and bigotry, intended to hurt and intimidate someone.� Hate crime is one that can be taking many ways, for example people doing things to other people�s property could be considered vandalism.
