Abstract: In this article, the author will show you the current situation of Chinese economy based on his wide research, and also it explores that main macroeconomic policy under the condition of deflation. It includes reduce the money market, and a cancellation of the agricultural tax and also the author makes the comment of those policies and its effectiveness.
