In a jury, you are supposed to make a decision based on what you believe. In this particular case, all but one of the jurors thought the defendant was guilty. The jury went over the case, and some inconsistencies came up� the old man and old woman�s testimony, as well as the stab-wound. The old woman testified that she was in bed when she saw the boy stab his father through her window. The jurors realized that the woman has poor vision and wears glasses. She doesn�t wear them to bed, so how could she see the murderer? ��she couldn�t have had the time to put on her glasses. Now maybe she honestly thought she saw the boy kill his father. I say that she saw only a blur.�1 She also seemed to remember insignificant details during her testimony; such as she saw the murder through the last three cars of the el train. ~1 Juror #8 during deliberation �That el train had been going by the old man�s window for at least six seconds, and maybe more, before the body fell, according to the woman.
