As soon as I saw this book I knew immediately that it was the book I wanted to read and discuss for my book report. It is important that you read a book that fully interests you and after reading it, I realized that every woman should read up on her everyday wellness. Wellness for woman is so critical to understand because their primary focus in life should be about the physical aspects of health. The important that I learned from this book was that the typical perfect woman that every girl looks at, should not be labeled as the healthiest way of living. SO many woman think that being think and beautiful should be the one thing every thing everyone tries to strive to look like, but there are other ways to be healthy and feel good about yourself. That is a very interesting issue that I understand after reading this book. This book is so indulging because it has so much to offer. Any ordinary health related book would teach readers and/or patients how to lower their cholesterol, their blood pressure and their body fat, while telling them to increase their exercise level.
