Kelly was born on May 12, 2003 in Talihina, Oklahoma at the Choctaw Nation Hospital. She weighed 7 lbs 6 oz. and her height was 18 inches. Kelly now weighs 28 lbs and is 36 inches tall. She is currently a only child but her parents are considering having another child in the near future. She is 3/4 Choctaw and 1/4 Caucasian. Her parents have been married for nearly three years and are full-time students at Southeastern Oklahoma State University and are currently employed part-time. Her mother works for Choctaw Nation Language Department and her father works for Lowe�s. Kelly has been attending the same day care since she was six months old. Kelly was born with respiratory problems which have rapidly decreased over the past year. Other than her respiratory problems, Kelly is an extremely healthy young girl. She received all of her immunization shots on schedule. Her body and brain have developed normally for her age. She doesn�t show any signs of any abnormal characteristics.
