The death penalty is a controvertial punishment used in 38 states of the US, and many other countries, as a way of disposing the people in society who are mentally or emotionally disturbed, or that lose control facing some extreme situations, people that in many cases had commited homicide or a crime against human life. But is killing them the best way to make justice? Are not we making the same mistake in taking their lives away? Nowadays this topic has recovered strengh in Hussein�s case. But, is it Capital Punishment fair in this polemic case? Or in any case? Is it really an effective measure? Some people believe that it is. Although this sentence has some cons we cannot ignore.
