In simpler terms, leadership is the ability to influence others, and to obtain followers. The leader I chose to interview is a Director of the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), telemetry unit, and monitor techs. This leader has held many prominent positions in her 32 years of nursing practice, and this has contributed greatly to her knowledge of leadership. Terry has spent over 20 years managing over 100 staff members in various capacities.
