GEORGE CUSTER General custers life influenced his behavior during the battle of little big horn. George Custer who was born on December 5,1839 wasn�t a great student when he was younger. When he was a 16 (the year of graduating) and younger going to school he used to give speeches on certain things like slavery and blamed blacks for everything. After graduating he became the principal of the school there he would debate with the students just for fun he loved to be competitive. After he left the school principal position he went off to west point were he would be a cadet. At west point he did not like to study he did only much to get by (D.A Kinsley p.2-8). Custer was a prankster he liked to play a lot of jokes and was very demanding one line was �sir how do u say class dismissed in Spanish� (D.A Kinsley p.9) when the professor answered Custer then led his troops out.
