Jonah Creighton � Individual Case Analysis Executive Summary: Jonah Creighton�s business was to fit the right person in the right job. Though he was a man of exemplary performance throughout his career at Coulding-Henson, he seemed to have lost the vital aspect of business acumen �knowing your business� immediately after the Director of CHAMP, Dan Newell briefed him through telephone about British unit�s rejection of Martin Banks on the grounds of his race. Jonah went far out of his way to try and have his voice heard on the racial discrimination issue and eventually forgot the goal of the organization. The ways he adopted to resolve the conflict damaged his productivity and marred his reputation. Jonah also lacked the quintessential element of leadership intelligence ��effective communication�.
