When people hear the words �dyslexia� or �learning disability� they think �stupid� or �not smart.� Those words are from the meaning of dyslexia Introduction The real meaning of dyslexia is to have difficulty with languages. Many people with dyslexia have difficulties such as spelling, writing and speaking. There is not an exact cause of dyslexia but it is not cause by the lack of intelligence. Dyslexia is widespread and is said that 15-20% of the population has reading disabilities, and about 85% have dyslexia. Dyslexia doesn�t target certain people it can occur in people of any background, it also runs in the families. There are other problems that dyslexics experience which are learning to speak, memorizing number facts, spelling, reading, and learning a foreign language. Dyslexia is a condition you live with for the rest of your life, and there is no cure to treat it. A dyslexic person has rights.
