For many years now Canada has had the same boring National Emblems. I and many other Canadians firmly believe that it�s about time for a change. Change of course being the key word, we all know that there are many possibilities for a new and improved National Emblem, however I strongly believe that the utmost realistic Emblem would be a beaver that is trapped behind bars. There are a numerous amount of reasons why I think that should be our fresh National Emblem, mainly because I believe that most of us in this modern society are trapped in many ways. When you sit down and think about it (if you can) most of us are imprisoned mentally, physically and finally economically. The first and possibly not the most obvious way that we are confined is psychologically. To prove my point on how we are incarcerated mentally I will walk you through a day in the life of a middle class Canadian father with children .
