There are 6 functions which are sine, cosine, tangent, cotangent, secant, and cosecant. Trigonometry is a big part of mathematics. Trigonometry is one of the branches of mathematics and it deals with the ratio between sides of a right triangle and angles. Trigonometry is used surveying to determine heights and distances in navigation to determine location and distance. Also it is a branch of mathematics that solves the problems relating to plain and spherical triangles which are triangles relating to or dealing with a sphere.
