Leadership and Organizational Change Concepts Keith Todd University of Phoenix Online MBA520 December 18, 2006 Instructor: Joe Ferrado The purpose of this paper is to assess CrysTels�s current situation, provide methods and theories concerning, change, leadership styles to implement change and discuss critical success factors CrysTel will need to use to be successful in the organizations change implementation. CrysTel has three theorems that can be applied to implement the organizations changes. The first approach CrysTel may use is the action research method, which is a highly participative, open systems approach emphasizing that meaningful change is a combination of action orientation (changing attitudes and behavior) and research orientation (testing theory).
