John Locke Free Essay, Term Paper and Book Report

The three governments referred to all have a myriad of pros and cons. A government of the type of A which consists of reasonable laws and rules, something similar to the Constitution though also including a considerable amount of freedom, is for the most part beneficial and productive. However there are members of that society who following the rules. These people take advantage of their freedom and do harm unto others. The second government, Type B, which includes complete and total freedom for everybody is not really even considered a government. The point of a government is to govern which this type does not do. The third type of government which resembles a tyranny, which has fewer pros than type A, since the citizens have no real freedom, even though they are a supposed state of freedom. Within the first government, there are laws and regulations created to protect welfare of its people. These laws, however, do not threaten the viability of the natural rights each person has.
