The prospering industrial city was nearly destroyed; more than two thousand people were killed, and tens of thousands were left homeless. This was a lot of information to take in all at once, seeing this was my first time visiting the Johnstown Flood Historical Site. I was very overwhelmed with the beautiful view and all the information about the flood site. However, I did not just stop at the Flood Historical Site; I also made my way over to the Unknown Plots located in the Grandview Cemetery in Westmont, Pennsylvania.
