To all of Oakland County, over the last 5 months I have learned alot about our justice system. Or, should I say the lack of one. And I want to say to my wonderful friends who are suffering because of this lack, You have my whole-hearted support and belief. I have also learned that the one truth I thought was an absolute, " Innocent until proven guilty", Is an untruth in Oakland County. Here it seems to be the other way around, " Guilty until proven innocent". And above all don't trust that justice will be done in Oakland County,Michigan. Because it wont. Well unless you have alot of money or you know people. I also believed that jury duty was a priviledge not a right, well folks, guess what? most jurors dont believe that. They would rather convict an innocent person than miss even one second of their vacation. I was proud to serve on a jury and I very nearly missed my husband's grandmothers funeral because it was my privilege to serve. If asked to serve on a jury again I don't know that I could trust Oakland Counties Judges, ,Prosecuters,probation officers or any one a......
