Performance Appraisals Human Resources management MGT C431 December 12, 2006 The Performance Evaluation report is completed at least annually for indeterminate and term employees employed for more than six months. The report provides a written record of job performance during the review period and indicates actions required to enhance performance or address deficiencies. The report assesses the performance and the achievements of the employee in relation to the assigned duties during the review period, and identifies those factors which should be considered in the overall effectiveness of the employee in his/her present position, and future positions. The employee is also assessed against additional objectives which were assigned in the previous review as well as additional tasks / assignments during the period under review.
