In recent years, ethics in the corporate workplace has primarily focused on unethical accounting practices. Cases from corporate giants like Enron, Tyco and Adelphia Communications have been in the spotlight for this very reason. While these cases clearly illustrate unethical practices, it is important to recognize that illegal accounting practices are not the only form of unethical behaviors lurking in the work place. This paper will focus on one of the other common unethical behaviors: sexual harassment Sexual harassment has many far reaching effects on an organization.
