The flight of Apollo 13 was going to be a "routine". But no one knew the disaster that was going to take place. This disaster would show the leadership of the brave man on the crew and down in mission control. After the explosion things get loud people start to panic and a leader emerges. Gene Kranz isn't thinking like the others thinking of the bad things. From start to finish he is only looking at the positive. When the guys at mission control are telling him what's wrong, what is gone what is broken. He tells them only tells them " I want to know what is good on the ship not bad". Showing leadership. he only wants positive things. When things are up in the air and flight control doesn't know what to do he keeps them in line by telling them. "lets work on the problem not make things worse by guessing". While the last few minuets of the flight he shows his leadership skills in haveing being positive once more. When one of the flight control guys ask " they are still shallow should i tell them?" he response by " is there anything we can do about it? well they don't need t......
