Born an only child to a Christian family in Clinton Iowa, Carter Williams was always trying to find his way out of his small town even as a child. his parents Mary and Doug Williams were constantly having to keep the doors and screens locked to keep little Carter from running out into world. He was a fearless child and never gave a second thought to what he was doing. though he was there pride and joy his parents could only imagine what kind of mischievous situations carter would get himself into after he out grew his diapers. Carters family was not poor but not very wealthy. His father, who worked at Post Office, always tried to install the true value of a dollar into Carters little head. Once a month Carters mother would take him into town to go shopping for groceries, the local deli had a television in the back and Carter would always seem to find his way back there.
