Dear Joe Shmoe, I am writing to you because of the cafeteria problems for the 2006-07 school year. There have been numerous concerns over various issues in our school lunch room. Three examples would include the lunch ladies not wearing the proper health attire, the increasing price of lunch, and the diminutive portions that we get served. These problems are a major reason why students choose to buy from the pretzel stand rather than from the actual lunch itself. I hope that through this letter and with your cooperation we can tackle these problems head on. The very first concern that I hear most often is the health issues of the lunch ladies. If you have ever gotten lunch before, I am sure that you noticed that the lunch ladies don�t wear hair nets. In accordance with, students repeatedly find hair in their lunch and on their trays. Also, the lunch ladies do not wear gloves when they serve us our food, and they probably do not wear them when they are preparing the food either.
