Administer Human Resource Systems Competency Test1 Task 1 Staff Retention Report Sales and Customer Service Executive Summary Andes Medical Supplies is experiencing a high turnover of staff. A goal must be set to reduce the yearly staff turnover rate. To achieve this we need to come up with new strategies for developing and maintaining the relationships with team members. Management expect some turnover in staff however the current turnover is too high in the areas of Sales and Customer Service. General feedback from managers and employees has indicated many reasons why staff leave. These reasons include factors which management can influence such as lack of respect from supervisors and peers, lack of opportunity to learn new skills, lack of succession planning, stress and factors outside of management such as hours, shiftwork and personal suitability for the industry.
