Legalizing of medical marijuana is the only conclusion that us as Americans can come to. I think the fear that comes with legalizing marijuana, probably was present when prohibition of alcohol was lifted. But why the fear. Marijuana has been used as medicine in India, China, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, South Africa, and South America. Marijuana has been used for medical purposes for about four thousand five hundred years, but it has been illegal in the United States for over eighty years. Medicinal marijuana is, as most people know is the first step in legazing marijuana fully. Marijuana should be legalized fully because then people, who are sick and feel guilt about doing illegal drugs, will feel free to try this alternative. It will be their choice if they don�t want their privacy invaded. Jean Stoops died in 2005 of breast cancer.
